Customer Dashboard – Set Up
The customer dashboard should include the information/search most used by the user. Landing on the customer dashboard allows for a review of all requests, assets, contracts, transactions, notes, address and A/R information within the first few seconds of loading the page. If you search for a customer in the global search and loading the customer does not take you to the customer dashboard, please refer to the training guide, SETUP USER ROLE PREFERNCES.
- chose “Personalize”
- Click on the “List” & “Custom Search” buttons to add all the Portlets to your dashboard.
- Hover over each newly added Portlet in the upper right corner to “Setup” the portlet. Use the guide below to setup each of the new portlets. You can drag and organize them as follows.
- If you run out of portlets, verify that you do not have an “Activity” portlet… this can be reused for any of these lists above.
