Installation Report
This report is to be filled up by the salesperson at the time of creating a sales order that requires installation. The purpose of this document is so that the salesperson can instruct the installer with any special instructions, product to take or even the placement of the equipment in the property and any special instructions from the customer.
- Type on the Global search “New DW Installation Report”. (A salesperson may want to save this on the shortcuts)
- Fill out form. Note: As we are going paperless, installer will not have any other information but what is in this report. Make sure to complete it as much as possible.
- Save
- Open the Customer SO and attach this form to the SO. This form as to be filled for every single piece of equipment being installed.
