Attach File – Used when file is already in NS

  1. Customer file> Communication> Files.

A page will open and under Attached files there will be a list of all files pertaining to this customer that have been already attached. If a new file needs to be attached.

  1. “Attach Existing Files” by typing the name of the file. If a search for the name is needed, open the box with chevron sign and choose which file to attach.
  2. Once file is chosen “Attach”.

 

New File – For files in the computer or handheld

  1. Customer File> Communication>Files> New File.
  2. Choose from Internet or computer and save. The file will be added to list of attached files.
