To get a list of all SO that needs approval look for report “Sales Orders to Approve” that should be in the Reminders on the Home Dashboard.

 

 

Approving a sales order is a very easy process however, before approving any SO the GM or Office Mgr. needs to review sales order created by salesperson. Make sure that Sales notes are present all prices are correct, discounts, campaigns, special pricing/Bundle and free product are reflected correctly and still valid (not expired), items have a location and type of install, an Opportunity and Estimate is associated to the sales order.

 

After checking SO for accuracy just press the button “Approve” and it is done.

 

 

 

Note: the button “Approve” can only be seen by the people that have permission to do so.

 

Next step would be creating Work Orders if applicable.
