Set Installation Date
Once SO has been approved by GM, deposits on the SO processed, CSR will need to contact customer to set the Installation date.
- Make sure that equipment being installed is in stock.
- Look at Vscheduler to see Tech availability. Have a couple of time slots available. Note: You may want to create a request so that you can see in the map in Vscheduler where the property is located and have a better idea which tech is going to be in that area and when.
- Call customer and set the appointment.
- Create an Installation request. If you already had created the request just go to Update Vscheduler and enter the correct date.
- Update Vscheduler and assign Tech
Important: Remember to mark the installation request as Non-Billable (if applicable), and check that the Charges tab also have the Billable box unchecked.
