  1. On your app choose Load Sheet. This is used by delivery drivers only.

 

  1. Let the system know what kind of load/unload you are doing. Then Next.

  1. A list of expect products for the route will show with the suggested qty. We advise to load at least 10% more than the suggested qty in case some stops are added to the route while you are on the road, or in case customers need more product than expected.  That way you will not run out of product and avoids having to return to depot to reload.
  2. Enter the qty being loaded.  Note: If you have product on the truck from the previous day just make sure the Load sheet includes that product & qty. That will transfer the inventory from the warehouse to the truck.
  3. You are now ready to start your deliveries.
