371-C-Travel Time                                                                                                                                                                 April 14, 2020

  1. On your app choose Today’s Request. 

 

  1. Requests should be in the order of delivery so press Start Travel when leaving to go to the customer’s house.  This way the system will track the travel time.

  1. When you press Start Travel it would start tracking your travel time but sometimes you may have forgotten to do so when you started to drive so to make sure it accounts for the correct time, your handheld will ask you  if it should start  counting from that moment on or it needs you to adjust the time to start at a different time.  Note:   Changing the time take more time so it would be better to always remember to press Start Travel when you do.

  1. When you get to the customer’s house, just click On Site. For Service Techs clicking ON Site will start charging the customer for the time of the service call so you may want to be let in the property/site before clicking On Site.

  1. Again, the system will prompt you to confirm if it should start counting the time from that moment on or if you need to adjust the time.

  1. The request is now ready to be worked on.
