- On your app choose Today’s Request.
- Open Request .
- It shows the product and qty expect for the delivery as well as the list of Assets the customer has.
- Press Complete Job.
- Another screen will open with a list of product on the truck and by pressing the ADD button on the product being delivered the qty will show up and as you add product under the Select the Quantity Delivered it will show under the Your Order. When Order is complete click NEXT.
- It will ask if they had any empty bottles to be returned. Enter the QTY. Note: This screen will always show up even when only salt or other product besides water or even zero delivery because they may have empties to return.
- Always add a note to the Crew notes. Not only help the CSRs in case of a discrepancy but that note goes to the customer on the Delivery receipt, so that customer knows that we have been there what product we left behind (this only applies to customers that have an email in the system).
