Walkthrough:
New Request Description: The functionality for creating a new Request in the field is predominately to be used in the event that a tech is called for Service while On-Call or when a delivery driver is requested to make a Delivery by a Customer they did not have a Request for.
1. Click on the ‘New Service Request’ button
2. Select the customer you are creating the Request for. Start by typing in their last name. Make sure the customer is not on Credit Hold.
3. Click ‘NEXT’
4. Select Site (Address) of the location you are servicing
5. Click ‘NEXT’
6. Select Equipment Type you are servicing
7. Set the Request Type (use emergency if call is after hours)
8. Provide notes describing why the Request is being created in field
9. Click ‘NEXT’
10.Continue to work on Request by going to ‘Today’s Request’ Tab
