To cancel a future delivery, CSR has to know the status of the request to know what action is needed.

  • Pending – A date has been set for the delivery but request has not been created yet.
  • Request # - A request has been created.

Note: Requests are scheduled in advance but are only created 5 days before the delivery is due.

Cancelling a Future Delivery – no request created

When opening the customer go to Open in VSM to check all future deliveries.

 

Go to Future Deliveries and pick the date to be cancelled.

And Save.

 

Cancelling Request – already created

When opening the customer go to VSM Request Tracking to open the desired request.

Update Vscheduler

Choose the cancel request and you will be asked to enter a reason. Save

There quest will now show that it has been cancelled and the reason.
