Credit Card Storage 

In the case of customer wanting to in auto pay or want us to have their credit card on file for future payments, CSR needs to set up the credit card information on the customer’s act.

  1. Enter customer name on Global Search. Click on the correct customer name.
  2. Once on the Customer file (not customer dashboard) press “Edit”.
  3. Scroll down to the dark line.
  4. Choose “Financial” tab.
  5. Scroll down to “Credit Cards” and enter the credit card information: “Credit Card Number”, “Expiration Date”, “Cardholder name” and “Credit Card Type”. 
  6. Save  

 

Note: Never check the box for Default Credit Card.  It does cause problems when you have a delivery request.

To remove a credit card, just delete the Credit card number and save.

IMPORTANT: Credit card information PCI compliance and Federal Privacy Regulations.  No credit card information should be stored or written anywhere but the Financial tab referenced above.  Do not write credit card numbers in any contract, comments, or any other piece of paper. If you write it down in order to enter in system, make sure to destroy/shred it immediately.
