Credit Memo

To create the Credit Memo go to Customers > Credit and Returns> Issue Credit Memos. (Note: You may want to create a shortcut).

Enter the Custom Form “DW Credit Memo” and enter Customer name.

Under the item enter code(s) of items being credit, quantity and verify that price is correct.
