Refunds

All refunds to customers need to be done by corporate.

When a customer overpaid and has no upcoming services or rental charges in the near future, closed act., returned product or was credited for a service, a refund needs to be issued.

 Once the CSR identifies the amount to be refunded, the CSR needs to send a request to Corporate (Heidi) with all documentation showing why the credit.  It also needs method that customer used when paying originally (Credit card, cash, check, etc.), the NS reference such as payment # and date that payment was received.

All refunds will be done using the method of payment which Driessen received the original funds (Example: credit card customers will get their refund to the credit card used when they paid, etc.)

NOTE: At this time all requests for a customer refund needs to be sent to corporate via Freshdesk.
